You simply have to register your new Joolz stroller on our website within six months of purchase, and you’re ready to enjoy carefree strolling for a lifetime.

*The Lifetime warranty is valid from the 9th of July 2018 and applies on our newest Joolz Hub and Joolz Geo² models, provided these are registered within 6 months of purchase.
*The Joolz Geo² falls under the lifetime warranty, provided it was purchased after 3 January 2018 and was registered within 6 months of purchase.
*If you previously registered your Joolz Geo² or Joolz Hub and meet the above criteria, we will automatically change your registration into a lifetime warranty.

  • Q: what do I have to do to get a Joolz lifetime warranty?

    Joolz offers lifetime warranty on a selection of its strollers: the Joolz Hub & Joolz Geo². To be eligible for the lifetime warranty, all you have to do is register your Joolz stroller on register.joolz.com within six months of purchase and keep your original proof of purchase, including a purchase date. By registering your Joolz stroller, you explicitly agree to the terms of the lifetime warranty forth herein. Please note that this lifetime warranty is only valid for the original owner and is not transferable. For availability of the lifetime warranty in your country, please check our website.

    We cover all material and manufacturing faults of the Joolz pushchair. To ensure that your warranty is valid, the use of your pushchair must be in accordance with our user manual and instruction movies.

    This warranty is limited to consumer-buyers of the product for their personal use or personal family or household purposes. This warranty does not extend to unauthorized purchasers of the product intended for resale or purchasers who intend to use this product for commercial use such as rental of the product to others.

  • Q: which products are covered by Joolz' lifetime warranty?

    The Joolz lifetime warranty applies on a selection of its strollers: the Joolz Hub & Joolz Geo². For availability in your country/state please check our website.     The period of time during which the original owner uses the Joolz stroller for his/her child(ren). The warranty is not transferable and immediately expires if you give away or sell your Joolz stroller.

  • Q: what is NOT covered by Joolz' two-year or lifetime warranty?

    Our warranty does not cover:
    (1) Defects caused by ordinary wear and tear, such as worn wheels and fabrics by everyday use, scratches on the aluminium and/or metal and natural discolouration of materials over time or by not following the maintenance instructions
    (2) Damage to wheels such as holes and tears
    (3) Damage caused by accidents, improper use, negligence, fire, contact with liquids or another external cause
    (4) Damage resulting from non-compliance with the instruction manual, instruction movies or other Joolz guidelines
    (5) Damage caused by another product, including accessories
    (6) Damage by service or repair by an unofficial representative of Joolz
    (7) Theft
    (8) Air transportation or freight damage
    This warranty is limited to consumer – buyers of the product for their personal use, personal family or household purposes. This warranty does not extend to unauthorized purchasers of the product intended for resale or for purchasers who intend to use this product for commercial use such as rental of the product to others.

  • Q: who can register for the lifetime warranty?

    The original purchaser can register the product online to obtain the lifetime warranty in his or her name. Did you receive the Joolz stroller as a gift? Then you can register the Joolz stroller in your name. Don’t forget to ask the one that gave it to you for the proof of purchase, including a purchase date, in order to complete your registration.

  • Q: when does the Joolz' two-year and lifetime warranty apply?

    Both our lifetime warranty and two-year warranty are recognized by your official Joolz retailer and applies only to the first owner. To be eligible for the lifetime warranty, you need the proof of purchase of your Joolz stroller including a purchase date and the warranty certificate that you receive after you have registered your Joolz stroller on register.joolz.com within six months of purchase. If you did not register your Joolz stroller within six months of purchase, or if your stroller does not qualify for lifetime warranty, you will automatically receive a two-year warranty and will be asked to provide your original proof of purchase, including the purchase date, at the time of service.

  • Q: do accessories have a lifetime warranty?

    No. All accessories have a 30 day limited warranty period.

  • Q: is wear and tear covered in the two-year or lifetime warranty?

    No. All our Joolz strollers and accessories are manufactured according to strict international safety and quality standards. No matter how well you take care of your Joolz product, at some point you will see some wear and tear on tires, scratches on aluminium and/or metal or discolouration of fabric parts this cannot be prevented. So, our warranty applies to material and manufacturing faults, not to ordinary, everyday wear and tear.

  • Q: there is something wrong with my Joolz stroller. What should I do now?

    If your Joolz stroller is no longer working properly, you should contact the store where you bought it. If you purchased the stroller at the Joolz webshop, please contact the Joolz customer service. Depending on the problem, we will give you an advice and come up with a suitable solution. In any case, we will ensure that your stroller is “on the road” as quickly as possible, either through repair or (temporary) replacement.

  • Q: will my Joolz stroller or accessory be repaired or replaced?

    If the problem of your Joolz stroller or accessory is caused by a material or manufacturing fault, we will send you a new part, repair the part or if your Joolz product cannot be repaired, you will receive a new one from us. If your Joolz product is no longer available, we look for the type and colour that is most comparable. If your repair or replacement is covered by the warranty, the repair or replacement is free of charge, including the shipping costs to our service department and back to you. If the service to be provided is not covered by the warranty, we will ask you to cover the costs.

  • Q: what does it cost to have my Joolz product repaired?

    If your repair is covered by the warranty, we will pay the shipping costs to our service department and back to you. If the service to be provided is not covered by the warranty, we will ask you to cover the costs.

  • Q: where can I view the status of my repair?

    Information about your repair can be obtained from your Joolz retailer, or if you have purchased it through the Joolz webshop you can contact the Joolz customer service.

  • Q: can I order spare parts for my Joolz stroller myself?

    You can order spare parts at a Joolz retailer or via the Joolz website. If you need something that is not available through the webshop, please contact the Joolz customer service or the retailer where you bought your stroller for advice.

  • Q: how long are spare parts available?

    Most Joolz spare parts are available for up to two years after the last production date.

  • Q: what do spare parts cost?

    The cost depends on the part you need. The price can be obtained via an official Joolz retailer or via our customer service department.

  • Q: how do I send my Joolz, if it needs to be repaired?

    Please do this through your Joolz retailer. They are aware of our warranty forms and are happy to help you. You need two things: your original proof of purchase including purchase date and your personal warranty certificate (which you received after registration). If your repair is under warranty, we will pay the shipping costs to and from our service department. If the service to be provided is not covered by the warranty, we will ask you to cover the costs.

  • Q: did you buy the Joolz stroller at our webshop?

    Please contact our customer service. We will pick up your Joolz stroller or the part to be repaired free of charge. You will need to arrange a suitable box yourself. We, therefore, recommend that you keep the original packaging.

  • Q: what happens if a part is no longer available and my Joolz stroller cannot be repaired?

    When the problem of your Joolz stroller or accessory is caused by a material or manufacturing fault, we will send you a new part or repair the part. This is always free of charge. If your Joolz product cannot be repaired, you will receive a new one from us free of charge. We will replace the damaged part or accessory with the same model. If your Joolz product is no longer available, we look for the type and colour that is most comparable.   • Q: is the (lifetime) warranty transferable?

    The warranty is not transferable and therefore immediately expires if you give away or sell your Joolz stroller.

  • Q: why is the lifetime warranty only on selected Joolz strollers?

    We want to offer you extra service on our newest stroller models.

  • Q: why does the lifetime warranty not apply in all countries?

    We want to offer you the best service. And, to keep our quality as high as possible, we implement the lifetime warranty in phases. This means that (eventually) there will be lifetime warranty in your country, only at a later stage.
